has held a publ ic heaa°sa�g ��o �he ap�l'o��teo�a of �lvo�o A, Wec�l, to Amend �he Munlcip�l
Code of the Cety of Arr°oyo Grarade �s pc°ovaded by Chapter 4 Zoning, Article 21 of said
code to rezone all that property described �s fol�ows from RA-B1 to R-3:

pertinent to the proposal are att�ched �nd hereby declared to be a part of said
Resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that s�id Planning Commission hereby
recommends approval of the amendment with the following conditions;
1, The property be restricte.d ta developmenf of'a'mobile home_park
of a density not to exceed piaras on file, '
2, That the rezoroing revert to RAm61 or�e year from the effective
date of the zone ch�n�e. if ruot de�eloped ira accordance with the plans.
3a That no other use of this property be m�de while zoned R-3.
