CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE GRAN�'9NG MODBFOCAI'90N OF
CONDETBONS EMPOSED �Y USE PERM9°f CASE N0, 68-126.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commession did grant a Use Permit, Case No 68-126
to one Melvin Ce Jones at 1211 Farrell Road on the 18th day of June, 1g68 to
allow for a Mobile Home Park, with conditions, in an R-3 Zone.
NOW THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSOON OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES
HEREBY RESOLUE that item #10 of said conditions be modified to read as follows:
"6 foot decorative wood fence on the east, west and rear (south) property
line, and 3 foot concrete block wall to be inst�lled on Farrell Road,
� with 15 foot setback from property line. 15 foot setback to be land-
scaped."
For the following reasons;
1. Modification will not adversly affect abutting property or
depreciate the proposed development.
On motion of Commissioner St. Denis, seconded by Commissioner Skelton,
and by the following roll call vote, to wita
AYES: Commissioners Moss, Porter, Sta Denis and Skelton
NOES:. None
ABSENT: Commisssoners Sawyer, Strother�and McMillen
