W. Patterson at 209 So. Halcyon Road meets the requirements of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code to allow for Offices for a Certified Public Accountant in a P-C Zone on the follow- ing described property: In the Coty of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, St�te of California, a Portion of Lot 105 of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal and grants said Use Permit subject to the following conditions: l. Wall to be installed at the rear of the property abutting the R-3 District, and fences to'be installed on either side of the property line as required by the District. For the following reasons: l. Proper use s�bject to grantir�g of a Use Permit. 2. Would nat be detrimental to ab�!tting properties.
