RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMI"S�SION OF Z'HE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE GRAN'�ING A VARIANCE, CASE N0. 67-43
The Planning Commission finds that the Variance applied for by Mr,
Harlan Ramage at 125 Noo Mason Street, meets the requirements of the
Arroyo Grande Municipal Code as amended, °to allow f'or an addition to a
residential building in the Central Business District Zone, on the fol-
lowing described property:
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, Lot D of
Swall's Re-Sub.
and hereby gran °khe right to extend a residential non-conforming use
as per plans on fzle for t}��e following reason:
That the Central Business District Zone creates
an unnecessary hardship to the petitioner for the
normal use and enjoyment of his home,
On motion of Commissioner Moss, seconded by Commissioner Duvall,
and by the following roll call vote to wit: -
AYES: Vice Chairman Schultz, Commissioners Duvall, Moss and
Porter,
NOES: None
ABSENT: Chairman McMillen, Commissioners Smith and Strother,
