RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF° THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE GRAN°TING A USE PERMI°T,CASE N0.67-107
The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by
the First Methodist Church of Arroyo Grande at 175 North Halcyon Road
meets the requirements of the Arroyo Grande Municipcxl Code to a11oW for
the construction of a Sanctuary in a C-1 Z�ne on the following described
property:
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, - A portion of Lot 106 of the.Ranchos
Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal,
and grnnts said Use Permit subject to the following conditions:
1. Curb and gutter along the entire property on Bennett Ave., and four
(4) foot sidewalk one foot from proper�y line be required on Bennett
Ave, from Halcyon Road 'to the exis�ing driveway.
2. Ten (10) foot sidewalk required on Halcyon Road,
3. 'I�venty four (24) foot driveway required into parking area from Bennett
Ave., - thirty (30) foot recommended,
4. Utilities be placed undergrourid;
5. Area between sidewalk and building front be landscaped..

Septic tank to be discontinued and connect to sanitary sewers when
available,
Surface drainage to the approval of the Public Works Department.
Meet any Fire Department requirements.
That portion of the property lying within the adopted Halcyon Road
Plnn Line be deeded in fee title to the City of Arroyo Grande.
FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
1. Necessary to the petitioner for the use and enjoyment of the property.
2. Will not adversely effect abutting properties.
