RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMM9SSSON OF 1'HE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A USE PERMIT, CASE N0 66�
The Planning �Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by Texaco
Oil Company, through City Neon, at Halcyon Road and Highway 101 cneets the
requirements of the Arroyo Grande Zoning Ordinance No. 157 as amended, to
permit alteration of free standing sign in accordance with p:lans submitted
on the following described property:
Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 13 - Block 15,
Western Addition.
and grants said Use Permit subject to the following conditions:
l. Existing structural poles not to be altered in height or locations.
2. Sign to be interior illuminated, non rotating and non flashing.
3. No portion of sign to encroach into the public right of way.
and for the following reasons:
l. Sign would be more desirable than existing sign.
2. Would not create any additional reflectional light.
On motion of Commissioner Visser, seconded by Commissioner Schultz,
and ,by the following roll call vote, to-wit:

and Visser.
NOES: McMillen.
