RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMESSION OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A USE PERMI�� CASE N0 66—g1
The Planning Commission f.i.nds that the �se Permit applied for by Union Oil
of California at 525 Traffic�Way meets the requirements �f the Arroyo Grande
Zoning Ordinance No. 157 as amended, to permit a free standing sign, maximum
height 50', diameter 12', on the following described property:
Portion of Lot 91 of Ran�hos Corral de Piedra,
Pismo and Bolsa de Chamisal.
and grants said Use Permit subject to the foilowing conditionse
l.. No portion of the sign to encroach into public right of �Nay,
2. To be interior illuminated, non flashing, non rotating..
3. Electrical service underground.
4. To be located as shown on plot plan on file.
and �or.the:.f.ollowing reasons:
l. Needed for adequate.�identification of the proposed use.
2. Would not adversly effect neighboring properties.
On motion of Commissioner Porter, seconded by Commissioner Du�.all, and
by the following roll call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Commissioners, Strother, Schultz, Dexter, Duvall, McMillen,
Porter and Visser.
NOES: None
ABSEN7: None.
