RESOL��ION NO 66-31 U
RESOLUTlON OF THE PLANNONG COMMISSGON OF THE C6TY OF
ARROY� GRANDE GRANTONG A USE �ERMET, CASE NO 66
The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by Ernest
Fissori and Baird D. McNeil at 112 No. Halcyon Road in a C-1 Zone meets the
requirements of the Arroyo Grande Zoning Ordinance No. 157 as amended, to
allow for the installation of a free standing sign on the following described
property:
Portions of Lots 20, 21, 22 and 23 - Block 1
Western Addition
and grants said Use Permit:subject to the following condition:
1. That the sign be installed as indicated on the submitted plot plan,
painted one side and non-ifluminated.
for the following reason:
1. The sign is in keeping with the use granted the land, and would not
be an excessively large sign.
On motion of Commissioner Schultz, seconded by Commissioner Duvall, and
by the following roll call vote, to-wit:
AYES;
NOES
ABSENT:
Commissioners Duvall, Schultz, Visser, and Chairman Strother.
None
Commissioners Dexter and McMillen.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted this Znd day of August 1966.
