PC R 66-25 U�. °' • RESOLUTION N0. 66-25 U RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CI�fY OF �ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A USE PERMIT, CASE N0 66�85 The Planning Commissiori finds that the Use Permit applied for.by Jane R. Thompson at 1010 Grand Avenue in a C-1 Zone meets the requirements of the Arroyo Grande Zoning Ordinance No. 157 as amended, to allow for the exten- sion of a 24 inch overhang into the public right-of-way on the following described property: A portion of Lot 5 of the Folsom Tract and grants said Use Permit subject to the following conditions: 1. The encroachment be subject to the requirement that it be i�nstalled with a minimum of eight (8) foot clearance from the sidewalk grade. 2. The plans as submitted be approved for archi_tectural approva,l. 3. The encroachment into public right-of-way be not more than twenty�four (24) inches. for the following reason; The improvement of this building is a step in the right direction and conforms to the past policy of the Planning Commission.
