RESOLUTION OF °THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A USE PERMIT,
CASE N0. 66-84
The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by
Ruth Hopper at 1354 Grand Ave> meets the requirements of the Arroyo
Grande Zoning Ordinance No. 157, as amended, to allow for the resnle
of second hand clothing and small articles in a C-1 Zone, on the
following described property:
a portion of Lot 18 of the Folsom Tract
nnd gran�s said Use Permit subaect to the following conditions:
1, One (1) off-street parking space in the front of the resident-
ia7, structure be improved with dus#-proof surface.
2. Sales be restricted to the Front Porch of the resident�.al
structure, with no sales allowed anSiwhere else on the property.
3o No outside storage or display. -
4. Subject to the requirements of the Fire Department and Building
Department.
5. A review in six (6) months,
for the following reason:
xhis is a good and acceptable business in a C-1 Zone with proper
restrictions and is allowable with a Us� Permit, Sec. 4.52 (c) of
Ordinance Noe 157.
On motion of Commissioner Schultz, secorrded by Commissioner Talley,
and by the following roll call vote, to-wit:-
AYES: Commissioners Dexter, Evans, McMillen, Mize, Schultz,
and Talley.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Chairman Strothere
The foregoing Resolution was adopted this 6th day of June, 1966.
