RESQLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSFON OF THE OF
ARROYO GRANDE GRANTGNG USE N0 66-82
The Planning Commission finds that fihe Use Permit applied for by R.J. Knotts
at 414 Trafftc Way meets the requ3rements of the Arroyo Grande�Zoning brdinance
No. 157 as amended, to-allow for an Automotive Garage on the following described
properfiy:
Lot 20 of the Jones Tract
and grants said Use Permit subject to the following conditions:
1. That .the present junk, autos, etc. be removed and property be
maintained in an orderly manner.
2. No storage of vehicles left in front of building overn.ight.
3. No st�rage of flammable materials
4. The use be reviewed in one year.
for the following reasons:
1. The land and buildings have had the same use in the past
2. This use is.an accepted use in a Highway Service District
On motion of Commissioner Mize, seconded by Commissioner Talley, and by
the following roll call vote, to-wit:
