RESOLUTION OF 7HE PLANNING COMMBSSION OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING�A USE"PERMIT, CASE N0 66-81
The�Planr�ing Commission finds that the Use Permit applied ;�or by Harvey Nix at
the basement of the rear of 116 East Branch Street meets the requirements of the
Arroyo Grar��le Zoning Ordinance No. 157 as amended, to allow for a plumbing shop for
storage ar�c1 fabricating plastic and soil pipe on the following described property:
A.portion of Lot 5 of the Nevada Tract
and grants said Use Permit subject to the following conditions:
lo An addition to the building as described by Mr. Nix to consist of
rocafiing and fencing, be permitted, not to extend beyond the roof
line of the adjacent property.
2, No oiats i de storage
3a The �ase be limited to a two (2) year period,.and be subject to�a review
at that time.
for the follUwing reasons:
1. This use is allowable under present zoning
2. Precedent cases have been granted
3. No abjections were offered at the hearing
4, The time limitation was imposed due to the possible implemenfiation of
the Central Business District Plan.
On.motion of Commissioner Dexter, seconded by Commissioner Mize, and by the
following roll call vote, to-wit:
