PC R 66-14 U� • RESOLUTION N0 66 - 14 U RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A USE PERMIT, CASE N0 66-78 The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by Douglas R. Whitney at 112 Short Street meets the requir�ements of the Arroyo Grande Zoning Ordinance No. 157 as amended, to allow for a Sheetmetal and Heating Shop in an existing double garage in a C-1 Zone on the following described property: Lots 3 and 4, Block 1 of the Short, Mason and Whiteley Addition, City of Arroyo Grande. and grants said Use Permit subj�ect to the following conditions: l. The permit be for one (1) year only with no renewal. 2. No additions or structural changes be made in the building. 3. No outside storage of material or other superfluous items. for the following reason: This is a permitted use, subject to securing a Use Permit in a C-1 District. On motion of Commissioner Mize, seconded by Commissioner Dexter and by the following roll call vote, to-wit: AYES: Commissioners Dexter, Evans, McMillen, Mize, Schultz, Talley and Chairman Strother NOES: None ABSENT: None The foregoing Resolution was adopted and effective this 15th day of February, 1g66.
