RESOLUTION NO. 65-6 U
RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF TiiE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A USE PERMIT CASE NO. 76-65
The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for
by Harold B. Davis and Rose Davis at 725 Valley Road meets the require-
ments of the Arroyo Grande Zoning Ordinance No. 157 as amended, to allow
for a bar-restaurant on the followirig described property:
A portion of Lot 101 of Ranchos Corral de
Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal.
and grants said Use Permit subject to the following conditions:
1. Off street parking requirements of Ordinance be
required to the approval of the Public Works
Department.
2. 15 feet dedication to the City for right-of-way
purposes on the Valley Road Frontage.
3. Concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk along Valley
Road frontage placed according to City specifi-
cations or a bond posted to cover same installa-
tion.
4. Drninage plan for entire parcel to be approved by
the Public Works Department.
5. No outside speakers or noise be allowed.
6. Parking lot lighting controlled to the approval of
the Director of Public Works so as to not interfere
with traffic or abuting properties.
7. Use be reviewed in one year.
On motion of Commissioner Talley, seconded by Commissioner Mize,
and by the following roll call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Commissioners Dexter, Evans, McMillen, Mize, Schultz,
Talley and Chairman Strother.

January, 1966.
