RESOLUTION NO. 04-1919
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING TIME
EXTENSION CASE NO 04-001 FOR A ONE-YEAR TIME
EXTENSION OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CASE NO.
01-013 LOCATED AT 1133 MAPLE STREET, APPLIED
FOR BY CALVARY CHAPEL OF ARROYO GRANDE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande has considered the
first request for a one-year time extension for Conditional Use Permit 01-013 filed by
Calvary Chapel of Arroyo Grande; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the applicant's request for phasing
of the project; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved the original project on March 19, 2002;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found that this project is consistent with the
City's General Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds, after due study and deliberation, that there
have been no significant changes in the General Plan, Municipal Code or character of the
area within which the project is located that would cause the approved project to be
injurious to the public health, safety, or welfare.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of
Arroyo Grande hereby approves a one-year time extension for Conditional Use Permit 01-
013 filed by Calvary Chapel of Arroyo Grande, with the above findings and subject to the
conditions as set forth in Resolution No. 02-1831, attached hereto and incorporated herein
by this reference. The expiration of approval for Conditional Use Permit 01-013 shall now
be March 17, 2005.
On motion by Commissioner Keen, seconded by Commissioner Fowler, and by the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Keen, Fowler, Brown and Chair Guthrie
NOES: None
ABSENT: Commissioner Arnold
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 16 day of March 2004.
