PC R 00-1765RESOLUTION NO. 00-1765 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING A ONE-YEAR TIME EXTENSION FOR VESTING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 2260, GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTH OF EAST GRAND AVENUE, EAST OF OAK PARK BLVD., NORTH OF ASH STREET, AND WEST OF SPRUCE STREET; BERRY GARDENS, LLC WHEREA�, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande has considered a request for a one-year time extension for Tentative Tract Map 2260 filed by Berry Gardens, LLC, for a subdivision consisting of 180 residential lots, a 0.75-acre public park lot, and a 1.5-acre drainage basin lot on approximately 37 acres; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved the project on September 22, 1998; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on October 3, 2000 to consider this application in accordance with City Codes; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found that this project is consistent with the City's General Plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds, after due study, deliberation and public hearing, that there have been no significant changes in the General Plan, Municipal Code or character of the area within which the project is located that would cause the approved project to be injurious to the public health, safety, or welfare. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande hereby approves a one-year time extension for Vesting Tentative Tract Map 2260 filed by Berry Gardens, LLC, with the above findings and subject to the conditions as set forth in Resolution No. 3324, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference. The expiration of approval for Tentative Tract Map 2260 shall now be September 22, 2001.
