RESOLUTION ~O. 938
A R!SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING "15 MINUTE PARKING"
ZONES ON THE SOUTHERLY SIDE AND NORTHERLY SIDE OF
EAST BRANCH STREET BETWEEN BRIDGE AND SHORT STREETS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AS FOLLOWS:
That hereafter parking on the south side of East Branch Street be limited
to fifteen minute parking at locations described as follows:
L Beginning at the easterly property line of Bridge Street and extending
forty two feet (42') easterly.
2. Beginning at a point located one hundred ninety five feet (195') east~
erly of the easterly property line of Bridge Street and extending forty
feet (40') easterly.
3. Beginning at a point located twenty feet (20') westerly of the westerly
property line of Short Street and extending forty feet (40') westerly.
That hereafter parking on the north side of East Branch Street be limited
to fifteen minute parking at locations described as. follows:
L To extend between the c~sswalks crossing on the easterly and westerly
legs of Branch Street at Bridge Street.
2. Beginning at a point located One hundred fifty one feet (151') easterly
of the easterly line of Nevada Street and extending fifty three feet
(53') easterly.
3. To extend between the crosswalks crossing the easterly and westerly
legs of Branch Street at Short Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande
be, and he hereby is authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or
markings to indicate that said area has limited parking for fifteen minutes only.
On motion of Councilman Talley, seconded by Councilman Wood, and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Schlegel, Thompson, Wood, Talley and Mayor Levine.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
