Corbett Creek is a tributary to Arroyo Grande Creek
Along Corbett Canyon and Tally Ho before joining AG Creek near Branch St.
2007 – City received Civil Liability Complaint Notice
Required to spend $60,000 on SEP
Contracted with RCD to study Clark Property and Corbett Creek
DWR awarded RCD grant -- $831,420
City expended $84,000 between 2007 and 2012
Appraisal of Clark Property, designs, surveys and environmental documents

The Tally Ho Project
Identified in 2006 “Arroyo Grande Creek Erosion, Sedimentation and Flooding Alternatives Study” as priority site for floodplain restoration and sediment retention
Restoration would remedy existing and predicted problems concerning flood control and environmental degradation within watershed
Arresting large headcut (approx. 6’)
Contributing to erosivity and sediment loading
Re-graded, grade controls installed
2,500cf of sediment removed from channel in 10 year period
