Recommendation
Introduce an Ordinance amending Section 16.16.200 of the AGMC regarding public art, including but not limited to, murals;
Adopt a Resolution amending the Public Art Guidelines and Public Art Donation Program; and
Determine that the amendments are not subject to CEQA pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines sections 15060(c)(2) and 15061(b)(3).
