RESOLUTION NO. 866
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A NO
PARKING ZONE ON THE NORTHERLY SIDE OF
GRAND AVE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande is, by ordi-
nance, permitted to establish "NO PARKING" zones; and
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a "NO
PARKING" zone on Grand Ave. at the location described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Arroyo Grande, that parking be and the same is herewith prohibited
on that portion of Grand Ave. as follows:
A red zone on the north side of Grand Ave.
beginning at a point located 316 feet westerly
of the intersection of the northerly extension
of the centerline of Alder Street with the
northerly curb line of Grand Ave. and extend-
ing westerly a distance of 95 feet.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of
Arroyo Grande be, and he is herewith ordered to install all necessary
signs along that portion of Grand Ave. above designated to indicate the [
,
"NO PARKING" area as above set forth. ,

On motion of Councilman Levine, seconded by Councilman Schlegel and ~
