ORDINANCE NO. 172 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING A
PORTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
REFERRED TO IN SECTION .302 OF TITLE 9, CHAPTER 4 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That certain Ordinance known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Arroyo Grande" Is herewith amended as follows:

The "Zoning Map of the City of Arroyo Grande", referred to in Section .302
of Title 9, Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code Is amended so that the zones and
boundaries of certain districts shown therein and thereon are changed so as to
be the zones and boundaries as shown and designated on the Hap attached hereto,
and by this reference Incorporated herein, which Hap Is entitled "A Section of
the Zoning Hap of the City of Arroyo Grande, Amended by Ordinance No. 172 C.S.
of the City of Ar royo Grande", and sa I d Map and all notat I ons and refe rences
shown thereon shall be as much a part of this Ordinance as if the matters shown
on said Hap were fully described herein, and the Districts and zones and
boundaries of the property shown therein from and after the effective date of
the adoption of this OrdInance. The properties Intended to be rezoned and the
changes In the zoning accomplished hereby are described as follows:
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State
bf California, all of those properties shown In Book 7, Page 26
of Assessor's Maps, identified by Assessor's Parcel Numbers
7-261-01. 7-261-02, 7-262-67, 7-262-68, 7-262-79, 7-262-80,
7-262-51, 7-262-69, 7-263-02, 7-263-03, 7-263-04, 7-263-26,
7-263-27, 7-263-11, 7-263-24, 7-263-25, 7-263-21, 7-263-22,
7-263-23, 7-263-18, 7-263-10, and 7-263-15. And all of those
properties shown In Book 7, Page 20 of Assessor's Haps,
Identified by Assessor's Parcel Numbers 7-201-01, 7-201-02,
7-201-03, 7-201-04, 7-201-06, and 7-201-07. And all of those
properties shown in Book 7, Page 19 of Assessor's Haps Identified
by Assessor's Parcel Numbers 7-192-64, 7-191-19, 7-191-31,
7-191-30, 7-191-28, 7-191-25, 7-191-22, 7-191-DI, and the northerly
portions of Parcels 7-191-37 and 7-191-36.
Said property Is rezoned from "R-G", Garden Apartment District, to "R-l",
Single Family Resrdentlal District.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be In full force and effect thirty (30)
days after Its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after Its passage, it shall
be published once, together with the names of the Councilmen voting thereon, In
the Five Cities Tlmes-Press-Recorder.
On motion of Councilman HillIs, seconded by Councilman Spierllng and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Splerllng, Gallagher, Schlegel, H.illls and Mayor de Leon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted this 14th day of February, 1978.
