AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY DF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING A
FORTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
REFERRED TO IN SECTION .302 OF TITLE 9, CHAPTER 4 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE.

Zoning Map of the Citl of Arroyo Grande, Amended by Ordinance No. 126 C.S. of the
City of Arroyo Grande". and sa i d Map and a II notat ions and references shown thereon
shall be as much a part of this Ordinance as If the matters shown on said Map were
all fully described herein, and the Districts and zones and boundaries of the
property shown therein from and after the effective date of the adoption of this
Ordinance. The properties intended to be rezoned and the changes in the zoning
accomplished hereby are described as follows:
THAT PORTION OF LOT 13 OF THE RESUBDIVISIONS OF A
PART OF THE RANCHOS CORRAL DE PIEDRA. PISMO AND BOLSA
DE CHEMISAL, IN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE. COUNTY OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS SHOWN ON A
MAP FILED IN BOOK A, PAGE 63 OF MAPS, IN THE OFFICE
OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS.
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 13 WHICH
IS DESIGNATED ON SAID MAP AS S.32; THENCE ALONG THE
SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, SOUTH 81. WEST 532.32 PEET
TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 9. WEST A
DISTANCE OF 189.39 FF'ET; THENCE SOUTH 81" WEST TO THE
WESTERLY LINE OF SA!. LOT 13; THENCE SOUTH 15" 30'
WEST ALONG THE SAID WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 13 TO THE SAID
SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT WHICH IS DESIGNATED ON SAID
MAP AS 5.42; THENCE NORTH 81" EAST ALONG THE SAID
SOUTHERLY LINE DF SAID LOT TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said property is rezoned from "R-A-B-1" Residential Agriculture District to
"R-1" Single Family Residential District.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall be
published once, together with the name~ of the Councilmen voting thereon, in the
Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
On motion of Councilman de Leon, seconded by Councilman Spierling and on
the fallowing roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierling, de Leon, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted this 28th day of October, 1975.
