The properties intended to be rezoned and the changes in the zoning accomplished hereby are described as follows: THAT PORTION OF LOT 13 OF THE RESUBDIVISIONS OF A PART OF THE RANCHOS CORRAL DE PIEDRA. PISMO AND BOLSA DE CHEMISAL, IN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE. COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS SHOWN ON A MAP FILED IN BOOK A, PAGE 63 OF MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS. BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 13 WHICH IS DESIGNATED ON SAID MAP AS S.32; THENCE ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, SOUTH 81. WEST 532.32 PEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 9. WEST A DISTANCE OF 189.39 FF'ET; THENCE SOUTH 81" WEST TO THE WESTERLY LINE OF SA!. LOT 13; THENCE SOUTH 15" 30' WEST ALONG THE SAID WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 13 TO THE SAID SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT WHICH IS DESIGNATED ON SAID MAP AS 5.42; THENCE NORTH 81" EAST ALONG THE SAID SOUTHERLY LINE DF SAID LOT TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. Said property is rezoned from "R-A-B-1" Residential Agriculture District to "R-1" Single Family Residential District. SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall be published once, together with the name~ of the Councilmen voting thereon, in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
