A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF .ARROYO GRANDE
AUTHORIZING THE EJQiX;UTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE BOARD
OF ~UALIZATION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE A!XilllISTRA<<'ION
BY SAID BOARD OF THE .ARROYO GRANDE CITY SALES AND USE TAXES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF .ARROYO GRANDE,
That the Mayor ot the City ~ A:rroyo Grande be, and he is herewith
authorized and directed to execute on behali' ot the City ot A:rroyo
Grande that oertain agl"eement entitled "AGREEMENT FOR STATE ADlUN-
IS'i'RATION OF LOCAL SALES AND USE TAX~" under and by virtue ot which
I the State Board ot Equalization ot the State ot California shall be
I authorized and directed to administer the Sales and Use taxes ot the
I.... City ot Arrayo Grande imposed under the provisions ot Ordinance No.
121 ot the City ot Arroyo Grande. '
On motion ot Councilman Jacobs, seconded by Counoilman Brennan,
and on the tolJ.owing roll oall vote, to-wit:
AYES: Burt, Brennan, Lee, Jacobs, Pence
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
