RESOLUTI ON NO. 1246
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR
TO EXECUTE A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH THE MONTEREY
BAY AREA TRAINING CENTER.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE HEREBY OROAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Administrator of the City of Arroyo Grande be, and he Is
hereby authorized and directed to execute that certain Joint Powers Agreement
pertaining to the Monterey Bay Area Training Center, between the City and the
Counties and Cities located within the Counties of Santa Cruz, Monterey, San Benito
and San Luis Obispo, upon the terms and conditions as set forth In said agreement.
On motion of Councilman Gallagher, seconded by Councilman Millis and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Gallagher, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor de Leon
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Spierling
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 24th day of August, 1976.
