RESOLUTION No._~q7
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Ordinance No.~~ ,
of the City of Arroyo Grande, being commonly known and designa-
ted as the Garbage Ordinance of said City, it is provided that
the City Council, of the City, may from time to time readjust
the rates to be charged by the garbage contractor on account
of collection of garbage;
WHEREAS, the said garbage contractor has petitioned the
said City Council for permission to increase the rates to be
charged for collections made by him under the authority granted
in said Ordinance;
WHEREAS, the City Council is satisfied that said request
be granted.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arroyo Grande
Garbage Company, the present garbage contractor, under the
terms of that contract by which said company is permitted to I

collect garbage in the City of Arroyo Grande shall be permitted
to adjust their rates for collections in accordance with the
hereinafter designated scale of collection rates and it is
further ordered that said rates for collection shall become effec-
tive as of th0 j.,,;l::: day of -'!12~~ , , 1953.
The rates hereafter to be permitted to be charged by said
Arroyo Grande Garbage Company are as follows, to wit:
