RESOLUTION NO. ~ 9.3
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE, RELATIVE TO THE PROPOSED A.HENDHENT
OF ORDINANCE NO. 95 OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE.
WHEREAS, there is presently in effect in the City of Arroyo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, an Ordin-
ance No. 95, commonly known as the "ZONING ORDINANCE" being en-
titled "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONES IN
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA, AND REGULATING THE USES
OF PROPERTY TImREIN, ADOPTING A UP SHOWING SAID ZONES, DEFINING
THE TERMS USED IN THIS ORDINANCE, PROVIDING FOR ITS ADJUS'IJIENT,
ENFORCEMENT AND AMENDMENT, PRESCRIBING IN PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS
AND REPEALING ANY ORDINANCES OR PORTIONS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH,"
WHEREAS, under the provisions of the aforesaid ordinance, a
map has been attahced thereto, known and designated as "Zoning Plan
Map" which said map designates certain areas in said City as being i
zoned for certain purposes, and
WHEREAS, it appears desirable to amend said ordinance by re-
zoning certain areas shown on the "Zoning Plan Map,"
WHEREAS, the Arroyo Grande City Planning Commission has made
certain recommendations, to the City Council relative to said pro_ i
posed amendments,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, that it intends to hold a public hearing in connection
with those certain changes in the zoning of certain areas herein_
after described shown on the aforesaid "Zoning Plan Map" in said
Ordinance No. 95 so as to permit the hereinafter described real pro-
perty to be zoned for new a~d different purposes. The properties
intended to be rezoned are described as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said City Council will hold a
public hearing in connection with the said proposed amendment on
the 3 r;L day of ~ ' 195~, at the Council Chambers
in the City Hall, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, at the hour of g- P.M. at which time I
all persons interested therein may appear to be heard for or against
the prcposed amendment of the said "Zoning Plan Map," of said Or-
dinance No. 95. j
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is here-
with ordered to pu'lish a notice of the time and place of the said
hearing in the Hera1d-Recorder,'at least once prior to said hear- ~
ing, said publication to be at least ten (10) days before the date I
of said hearing.
