,I) GRANDE LEVYING TAXES FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR
;; 1952-53 UPON ALL TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF

ARROYO GRANDE AND FIXING THE RATE OF SUCH TAX.
Be it resolved by the city c~uncil of the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, state ot California that a tax~or the fiscal

year for said city beginning on the 1st day of July, 195210f One Dollar
($l.OO),on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of assessed valuation upon
all taxable real and personal property within said city, shall be levied.
All assessed valuation shall be computed on the basis of assess-
menys levied by the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California as equalized by the city council of the City of Arr~yo
Grande sitting as a board of equalization.
Be it futher resolved that the City Clerk be directed and she is
herewith directed, to publish this resolution together with the names of
the Councilmen voting thereon in the Herald Recorder, a newspaper printed,
published and circulated in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California.
This resolution is passed and adopted pursuant to the provisions
of Section 36936.1 of the Government Code of the State of California.
