WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Depart-
ment of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented
an Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highway in the

ment in. full and is familiar with the contents thereo~;
THEREF'ORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of ARROYO ORA1IDE that said Agreement for Mainte-
nance:of the State Highway ~n the City is hereby approved

and the ,Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the
same on behalf of said City.
