A RESOLUTION CONGERNING THE BONDnTG OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE FOR GERTAINJ(UNICIPAL DD?ROVEDNTS.
"
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci~ of the City of Arroyo Grande,
as follows I
That the public interest demands, and the public necessity demands
theaoqulsition and completion of the following municipal iJDprovementa,
the coat of which, and the cost of each of which, will be too great to be
paid out of the ordinary annual income and revenue of the said city, to-wit:
1. The acquisition and construction of wells, reservoirs, pipes
and lines, buildings, distributing mains, together with incidental work in
connectiDn with such improvement; the acquisition and' purchase of pumps, I

machinery and equipment, land ~nd rights of way, together with other

necessary property, all to be used in furnishina said City and its lnhub- I

itants with a domestio water supply.

2. The acquisition and purchase of the present equipment, pumps,

machinery, faciJ.ities, supply lines, distributing system, buildings, land, .

rights of way and other.property ~reaently owned and used. by the Midland I
I
Counties Public Service Corporation in furnishing said City and its ;!
,
inhabitants with a domestic Vlater supply, all of which said property will
be used for such purpose. .
The estimated cost'of the acquisition and construction of the
improvements mentioned in paragraph numbered 1 of this resolution is
. 42,000.00. The estimated cost of the aoquisition and purchase of the
property mentioned in paragraph numbered 2 of this resolution if $15,000.00.
It is hereby determined and declared that the public interest of
said City and the public necessity of said City demands the acquisition,
construction, purchase and completion of the aforesaid municipal improve-
ments, and each and all thereof, and that the cost of the same, and the
cost of each thereof will be too great to be paid out of the ordinary I
