AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING A
PORTION OF THE ZONING,MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
REFERRED TO IN SECTION .302 OF TITLE 9, CHAPTER 4 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That certain Ordinance kntJWn as "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE" is herewith amended as follows:
The "ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE", referred to in Section .302
of Title 9, Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code is amended so that the zones and
boundaries of certain Districts shown therein and thereon are changed so as to
be the zones and boundaries as shown and designated on the Map attached hereto,
and by this reference, incorporated herein, which Map is entitled "A SECTION OF
THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 77 C.S. OF I
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE", and said Map and all notations and references shown
thereon shall be as much a part of this Ordinance as if the matters shown on
said Map were all fully described herein, and the Districts and zones and
boundaries of the property shown therein from and after the effective date of
the adoption of this Ordinance. The properties intended to be rezoned and the
changes in the zoning accomplished hereby are described as follows:
That portion of Lot 108 of the Subdivision of the Ranchos Corral
de Piedra, Pismo and Bo1sa de Chemisal, in the City of Arroyo
Grande, according to map subdivided by Jas. T. Stratton, C.E. 1873, ,
and filed for record in Book A at Page 65 of maps, described as ,

follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of the property fourthly
described in the deed to Fred A. Grieb, et ux., recorded September
29, 1927 in Book 38 at Page 85 of Official Records, being also the
Southeast corner of Tract No. 260, as shown on map recorded March
7, 1963 in Book 6 at Page 93 of Maps; thence East, along said
Northerly line, 1527.97 feet more or less, to the Southeast corner
of the property described in the deed to Towery-Norman Development
Co., a partnership, recorded January 8, 1962 in Book 1164 at Page
357 of Official Records; thence North 10 East along the Easterly
line of said land described in the deed to Towery-Norman Develop- "
ment Co., 660.4 feet to the Northerly line of said Lot 108; thence
West, along said Northerly line, to the most Easterly corner of
the property described in the deed to the City of Arroyo Grande,
recorded November 29, 1969 in Book 1543 at Page 440 of Official
Records, being a point on the non-tangent curve, concave North-
westerly, having a radius of 640 feet, and a radial line of said
curve, through said point, bears South 200 47' 51" East; thence
Westerly along said curve, through a central angle of 200 21' 51",
an arc distance of 227.47 feet to a point that is distance South
00 26' 00" East, 40 feet from point "B.C. 26 + 92.52" as shown on
map filed for record May 22, 1969 in Book 16 at Page 98 of Record
of Surveys; thence South 890 34' 00" West, along the Southerly
line of said land described to the City of Arroyo Grande, to the
Easterly line of said Tract No. 260; thence South 260 30' West,
along said Easterly line, 702.27 feet to the point of beginning.
Said property is rezoned from RA-B3 Residential Agricultural District
to R-G Garden Apartment Residential District.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall
be published once, together with the names of the Councilman voting thereon, in
the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
