AN ORDINANCE OF mE CITY OF ARROiD G[{ANDE AMENDfNG A PORTION OF 'TIm ZONUC: ~JAP OF THE CITY OF ARHOYO G,'ANDE REFERRED TO IN SECTION "302 OF TITLE 9, CHAPTER 4 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO REmNE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That c",rtain OrdLnancf, known as "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE" is her,,,,,ith amend",d as follows: The "ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE", referred to in Section .302 of Title 9, Chapter 4 of the MUnicipal Code is amended so that the zones and boundaries of certain Districts shown therein and thereon are changed so as to be the zones and boundaries as shown and designated on the Map attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, which Map is entit1e.d "A SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 68 C.S. OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE", and said Map and all notations and references shoom thereon shall be as much a part of this Ordinance as if the matters shown on said M.~p were all fully described herein, and the Districts and zones and boundaries of the property shown therein from and after the effective date of the adoption of this Ordinance. The properties i intended to be rezoned and the changes in the zoning accomplished hereby are described as follows: That portion of Lot 107 of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, subdivided by Jas. T. Stratton, September 1873, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map filed for record in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the easterly line of Alpine Street Extension as conveyed to the City of Arroyo Grande by deed recorded in Book 424 at Page 22l of Official Records at the southerly terminus of said Alpine Street Extension; thence North 10 09' West along said east line 34 feet to the south- west corner of Parcel 3 of property conveyed to James L. Norman, et a1 recorded in Book 942 at Page 372 of Official R~cords; thence North 890 47' East along the south line of said Norman parcel, 120 feet to the southeast corner thereof; thence North 10 09' West along the easterly line thereof 150 feet to the northeast corner of Parcel 1 of said Nonnan property; thence North 890 47' East 300 feet to a point; thence South 10 09' East 184 feet to the South line of the property conveyed to Jackson W 0 Ruh1 by deed re.corded in Book 266 at Page 131 of Official Records; thence South 890 47' West along said south line, 420 feet to the point of begJ.nning. Said property is rezoned from R-A-B-3 Residential Agricultural District to R-1 Residential District. SECTION 2: This Ordinance, sha.ll be in full forc8 and effect thirty (30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall be publishe.d once', together with the; names of the Councilmen voting thereon, in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
