ORDINANCE NO. 59 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING A
PORTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
REFERRED TO IN SECTION .302 OF TITLE 9, CHAPTER 4 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That certain Ordinance known as "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE" is herewith amended as follows:
The "ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE", referred to in Section .302
of Title 9, Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code is amended $0 that the zones and
boundaries of certain Districts shown therein and thereon are changed so as to
be the zones and boundaries as shown and designated on the Map attached hereto,
and by this reference incorporated herein, which Map is entitled "A SECTION OF
THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 59 C.S.
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE", and said Map and all notations and references
shown thereon shall be as much a part of this Ordinance as if the matters shown
on said Map were all fully described herein, and the Districts and zones and
boundaries of the property shown therein from and after the effective date of
the adoption of this Ordinance. The properties intended to be rezoned and the
changes in the zoning accomplished hereby are described as follows:
Portions of Lots 11 and 13 of the Resubdivision of a part of the Ranchos
Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, in the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as per map filed in Book A, .i
Page 63 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southwesterly corner of said Lot 13; thence along
the westerly line of said Lot 13, North 150 28' East, 537.63 feet; thence
leaving said lot line, North 81" East 537.24 feet; thence North 150 28' East,
601.79 feet; thence North 740 32' We$t 489.00 feet to the westerly lot line
of said Lot 11; thence along said we$terly lot line, North 150 28' East 274.97
feet to the northwesterly corner of said Lot 11; thence along the northeast-
erly line of said Lot 11, South 740 32' East 895.92 feet to the northeasterly
corner thereof; thence along the southeasterly line of said Lots 11 and 13,
South 150 28' West 912.57 feet; thence leaving the said southeasterly line
of said Lot 13, North 740 32' West 110.00 feet; thence South 150 28' West
230.00 feet; thence North 880 50' West 77.55 feet; thence South 810 West
95.00 feet; thence South 90 East 189.39 feet to the southea$terly line of (
said Lot 13; thence along the said southeasterly line of said Lot 13, South ,
810 West 230.00 feet; thence leaving said southeasterly line of said Lot I
13, North 90 West 189.39 feet; thence South 810 West 433.91 feet; thence I
South 150 28' West 208.03 feet to the said southeasterly line of Lot 13;
thence along said southeasterly line South 810 West 21. 98 feet 'to the true
point of beginning. ~
Said property is rezoned from R-A-B-l and R-A-B-3 to R-1. I
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full: force and effect thirty (30) I
days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall I
be published once, together with the names of the Councilmen voting thereon, in I
the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder. I
On motion of Councilman Talley, seconded by Councilwoman Thompson and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Schlegel, Thompson, Wood, Talley and Mayor Levine -i
