ORDINANCE NO. 31 C. s.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING
A PORTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE REFERRED TO IN SECTION .302 OF TITLE 9
CHAPTER 4 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO RE-ZONE
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That certain Ordinance known as "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE" is herewith amended as follows:
The "ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE", r.eferred to in
section .302 of Title 9 Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code is amended
so that the zones and boundaries of certain Districts shown there-
in and thereon are changed so as to be the zones and boundaries_as
shown and designated on the Map attached hereto, and by this ref-
erence incorporated herein, which Map is entitled" A SECTION OF
THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AMENDED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 31 C. S. OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE", and said Map and all
notations and references shown thereon shall be as much a part of
this Ordinance as if the matters shown on said Map were all fully
described herein, and the Districts and zones and boundaries of
the prope~ty shown therein from and after the effective date of
the adoption of this Ordinance. The properties intended to be
re-zoned and the changes in the zoning accomplished hereby are
described as follows:
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, that portion of Lots 17 and 18 of
Steele's Resubdivision of part of the Ranchos Corral de
Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chamisal, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at Stake S-70 at the
intersection of the easterly line of Lot 17 of Steele's
Resubdivision of part of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra,
Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, recorded in Book A at Page
63 of Maps records of said County, and the Southerly line
of Huasna Road; thence South 810 West along the said
Southerly line of Huasna Road 563.30 feet to the Easterly
line of Clarence Ave.; thence South gO East 850 feet
more or less to the Southerly terminus of Clarence Ave.;
thence South 810 West 350 feet to the easterly line of
Stanley Ave.; thence South 90 East along the said East-
erly line of Stanley Avenue to the center of the Arroyo
Grande creek; thence Easterly and Northeasterly along
the center of said Arroyo Grande creek to its intersec-
tion with the said Easterly line of said Lot 17; thence
along the said Easterly line of said Lot 17, North 90
West 743.82 feet more or less to Stake S-70 and the point
of beginning.
Said property is rezoned from R-A-B-l to R-2.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty (30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days
after its passage it shall be published once, together with the
names of the Councilmen voting thereon, in the Five.Cities Times-
Press-Recorder.

of February, 1970.
