RESOLUTION NO. 3242 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING A SALARY AND BENERT PROGRAM FOR MANAGEMENT/CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1997-98 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande (NCityN). deems it in the best interest of the City that compensation for Management/Confidential employees be fixed as hereinafter provided. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande that: --- 1 . The title of the a Management/ConfidentialN classification shafl be changed to II Management. n 2. Management/Confidential employees shafl receive the salaries as designated on Exhibit n A n attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, said salaries to be effective for the pay period beginning July 1, 1997. --.. 3. Management/Confidential emplpyees shafl receive paid term life insurance in ! '" the amount of $20,000. 4. Management/Confidential employees shafl receive paid vision insurance. 5. Management/Confidential employees shall receive a long-term disability program [90-day waiting period] as described in the Finance Director's memorandum of June 10, 1997. 6. The terms of this Resolution shall become effective July 1, 1997. 7. All other benefits as shown on Exhibit C of Resolution No. 3105 remain in effect. 8. All resolutions, regulations, and orders that are inconsistent herewith, including, but not limited to, Resolution No. 3105, are hereby repealed.
