ORDINANCE NO. 195
AN ORDINANCE OF nm CI'lY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 157 OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, SO AS TO RE-ZONE CERTAIN
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLCMS:
SECTION 1. Section 3J2 of Ordinance No. 157 of the City of Arroyo Grande,
said Ordinance being knoim as "THE ZONING ORDINANCE CJI!' THE CITY CF ARROYO GRANDE"
is herewith amended as follows:
The "ZONING MAP CJI!' THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE" referred to in said Section
3.2 of Ordinance No. 157 is amended so that the zones and boundaries of certain of
the Districts shown therein and thereon are changed so as to be the zones and
boundaries as shown and designated on the Map attached hereto, and by reference
incorporated herein, which map is entilted "A SECTION OF THE ZONIBG MAP CF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO.l2L, OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE",
and said map and all notations and references shown thereon shall be as much a part c
of this Ordinance as if the matters shown on said Map were all fully described
herein, and the Districts and Zones and Boundaries as shown on the Map attached
hereto shall be the Districts and Zones and Boundaries of the property shown
therein from and after the effective date of the adoption of this Ordinance. The
properties intended to be Re-Zoned and the changes in the zoning accomplished here-
by are described as follows, to-wit:
The following parcels of real property located in the City of Arroyo Grande,
aDd particularly described as follows:
That portion of Lot 104 of the Rancho Corral de Piedra, Pismo and
Bolsa de Chemisal, in the City of Arroyo Grmde, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, according to map made by Jas. T. Stratton,
C.E., September 1873, and filed for record in the office of the
County Recorder of said County, also being a portion of that real
property described in deed to Ben Dohi, a married man, recorded August 14,
1962 in Volume 1196, Page 554 of Official Records of said County
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of the Arroyo
Grande Valley Road, distant South 56056' West 6
chains from the southeasterly corner of said Lot 104 and running
thence south 56050' west along the said center line 218 feet; thence
leaving said center line and running north 33010' west 125 feet;
thence north 560 50' east and parallel with said center line of
said road 218 feet; thence south 33010' east 125 feet to the point
of beginning. I
Excepting therefrom that portion conveyed to the State of California I
by deed dated June 1, 1954, and recorded August 24, 1954 in Book 769
at Page 405 of Official Records of said County.
Said property is hereby re-zoned from "RA-B3" property to "R-l" pr"",rty.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days after its passage. and within fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall
be published once, together with the names of the Councilmen voting thereon, in
the Arroyo Grande Herald Recorder.
On motion of Councilman Burt , seconded by Counci1lDaacwoman Thomp~n,
and on the following roll call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen McNeil, Burt and Wood.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Jacobs
