AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, PROVIDING FOR
THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY TO THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California as follows,
to-wit;
SECTION 1. That the hereinafter described paroel::'ot're/ill
property designated as "FAIR OAKS NO. I", being uninhabited
property within the provisions of Section 35303 of the Govern-
ment Code of the State of California and contiguous to the City
of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California. Said Real property
is described as follows, to-w!t;
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Block 5 of the Fair
Oaks fract in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of Calif_
ornia, according to the map r&corded November 18, 1926, in
Booli:.3 of Maps, at page 82, records of said County, and pro-
ceeding thence East a distance of 60 feet to a point on the..-
~Easterly line of Alder Street; thence along said Easterly
line North a distance of 332.60 feet to a point; thence
leaving said Easterly line of Alder Street West a distance
of 60 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 3, Block 5 of
said Fair Oaks Tract; thence continuing along the North
line of said Lot 3 West a distance of 330.4 feet to the
Northwest corner of said Lot 3; thence along the West line
of said Lot 3 South a distance of 120.87 feet to the South
line of said Lot 3; thence along the South'line of said
Lot 3 East a distance of 133 feet to apointk thence South
a distance of 120..87 feet to a point on the orth line of
Lot 1; thence West along said North line of LOt I a distance
of 58 feet to a point; thence South a distance of 90.86
feet to a point on the South line of said Lot I; thence
East along said South line of Lot I a distance of 255.40
feet to the point of beginning. Containing 2.455 acres
more or less.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect" and be in full
force and effect thirty days after its final passage, and before
the expiration of fifteen days after its passage it shall be
published with the names of the members voting for and against
the same at least once in the Arroyo Grande Herald Recorder, a
newspaper of general ciroulation printed and published in the -
City of Arroyo Grande.
