ORDINANCE NO. / I g-
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE CON-
sENTING TO A PORTION OF THE UPPER ARROYO GRANDE
ROAD BEING CONSTITUfED A COUNTY HIGHWAY AND
PART OF THE ROAD SYSTEM OF THE COUNTY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO.
The City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande does or-
dain as follows!
1. That portion of the Upper Arroyo Grande Road, a
public highway in the City of Arroyo Grande, which is
situated within the City Limits and which portion is
more specifically described hereinafter is herewith de-
signated as a City Street which said City Council of the
City of Arroyo Grande does herewith consent to having
become a County Highw~y and a part of the County of San
Luis Ob ispo . Road System.
2. That portion of Upper Arroyo Grande Road above
referred to is described as follows, to-wit:
All that portion of the Upper Arroyo
Grande Road, also known as San Luis
Obispo County Road No. 97, also known
as 'Huasna Road, lying within the City
Limits of the City of Arroyo Grande,
being .4 of a mile between Stanley
Avenue and the Easterly boundary of the
City of Arroyo G~~nde.
3. This Ordinance S~ll take effect thirty (30) days
after its passage and within fifteen (15) days after its
passage shall be published, together with the names of
the Councilmen voting for and against said Ordinance
in the HERALD~RECORDER, a newspaper printed and published
in the City of Arroyo Grande.
