1. ROLL CALL:
Mayor Ferrara called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Council Member Jim Dickens, Council Member
Ed Arnold, City Manager Steven Adams, and City Attorney Timothy Carmel were present. Council
Member Costello and Mayor Pro Tem Guthrie were absent.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
