SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
TUESDAY, MARCH 10, 1998

SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Mayor Dougall called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. Mayor Pro Tern Lady,
Council Members Fuller, Runels, Tolley, City Manager Hunt and City Attorney Carmel
were present.
1. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
2. CLOSED SESSION:
Mayor Dougall announced that the Council was going to meet in closed session to
discuss the following matters:
(a) CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - Existing Litigation: Pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a):
Name of Case:
Unspecified. Disclosure would jeopardize ability to con-
clude existing settlement negotiations.
3. RECONVENE TO REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
The meeting was adjourned at 7:28 P.M. to the regular City Council meeting.
4. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Mayor Dougall announced that there was no reportable action from the closed
session.
