R 4396 RESOLUTION NO. 4396
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE RELINQUISHING AN UNUSED
SEWER EASEMENT, LOCATED ON LOT 11 OF TRACT
2236
WHEREAS, Mangano Homes recently completed the public improvements for Tract
2236, Grace Lane; and
WHEREAS, as part of the new construction an existing sewage lift station was removed
and replaced with a gravity sewer line; and
WHEREAS, Mangano Homes has previously provided an easement containing the new
gravity sewer line as required by the conditions of approval for Tract 2236; and `
WHEREAS, the City no longer has a use for the sewer access easement that provided
access to the now abandoned and removed sewage lift station,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande as follows:
The City hereby relinquishes the sewer access easement, as described
and depicted in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" respectively, attached hereto
and incorporated herein by this reference.
On motion of Council Member Costello, seconded by Council Member Ray, and by the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Costello, Ray, Brown, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Guthrie
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 27th day of September 2011.

A sewer access easement over the real property located in the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as follows;
That Public Sewer and Sewer Manhole Access Easement being the Southerly 45 feet of
the Easterly 54 feet of Lot 11 as shown on Sheet 3 of Tract 2239 filed in Book 29 of
Maps at Page 16, records of San Luis Obispo County, California.
The above described parcel contains 2525 square feet, more or less.
The above described property is graphically shown on attached Exhibit "B" incorporated
herein by this reference.
