CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE 11-001; LOCATED AT THE� SOUTHEAST CORNER OF WHITELEY AND IDE � STREETS; APPLIED FOR BY BILL COCKSHOTT , WHEREAS, the proponent has filed Certificate of Compliance 11-001 to verify the legality of finro (2) 8,000 square-foot single-family lots located at the southeast corner of Whiteley and Ide Streets; and _ WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande has reviewed the � � request on.August 2, 2011; and . � � � WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the project in compliance with the ' California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the State CEQA Guidelines, and the Arroyo . Grande Rules and .Procedures for Implementation of CEQA and has determined that the project is not subject to CEQA per Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines; and ' WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds, after due study, deliberation and public . � � hearing, the following circumstances exist: _ 1. The lots in question were legally subdivided by the Short, Mason and Whiteley Addition, recorded in 1887. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande hereby approves Certificate of Compliance 11-002 with the above findings and subject to the conditions as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated � herein by this reference.
