Create any new lots; The proposed project does not create any new lots as indicated by the map and title mate�ial submitted by a licensed surveyor. ln acco�dance with Gove�nment Code Section 66412(d1, the proposed lot line adjustment only involves the adjustment between four (41 or fewer existing, adjoining parcels.
