Re: Alder House City Council Agenda
As I mentioned on the phone, we'd like a little more time to review the recommendations in
the staff report and get actual costs for the items so we can see what impact they will have
on the budget. We want to make sure that we can comply with the findings of the Council and
not have any issues with the City or the financial partners down the road. The project is
still very much alive and moving forward; we just want to make sure all of our ducks are
lined up correctly before finalizing the project with the Council. We will plan on having
all of the information gathered and ready to go for the Dec. 11th Council Meeting.
