RESOLUTION NO. 3096
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING ITEMS TO BE
PLACED ON A SURPLUS LIST AND REQUESTING
AUTHORIZATION FOR SALE TO LOCAL AGENCIES
WHEREAS, The City of Arroyo Grande Public Works Department has certain water treatment - I
equipment i.e. gas chlorination equipment which is no longer used; and i. !

WHEREAS, the gas chlorination equipment can be classified as surplus property and made
available for sale to local agencies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arroyo Grande does declare as
surplus and authorize the sate of the following equipment:
1. 3 - Gas chlorinators
Serial No. AF-16598, AT-29926, AM-14200
2. 2 - Chlorine cylinder scales
Serial No. AG-30138, AU-12490
3. 4 - Vacuum regulators
Model No. U-23909
4. 3 - Grundfos pumps
Serial No. F992, F191, F982
On motion of Council Member Fuller , seconded by Council Memhl.'\f Lady
