A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AU11tORlZING PAYMENT OF ACCUMULATED
EXPENSES INCLUDING EMPLOYEE COMPENSA 110N AND NORMAL
OPERATING EXPENDI11JRES AFrER. JUNE 30,1995, AND
UNTD.. mE 199!-96 BUDGET IS APPROVED
WHEREAS, due to numerous circumstances, including uncertainty concerning revenue I

sources, a final budget has not been approved by the City Council and one will not be completed
before the end of the fiscal year on June 30, 1995; and -
WHEREAS, it is essential that the ordinary business of the City continue to be conducted;
NOW, TIlSREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the CIty of Arroyo
Grande as follows:
City staff is authorized to continue payment of accumulated expenses, includine employee
compensation and operating expenditures after June 30, 1995, and until the 1995-96 budget is
approved.
On motion of Council Member Brandv , seconded by Council Member
Ladv , and on the following roll cal1 vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Brandy, Lady, Souza, Fuller and Mayor Dougall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
