RESOLUTION NO. 3074
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
DECLARING SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has certain property
consisting of bicycles that have been turned into the Police
Department as found items, or for other reasons, and not claimed
by the owners; and
WHEREAS, the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Department is ..__...J
conducting a program to rehabilitate bicycles and donate them to
needy children, and said bicycles will be distributed through the
Arroyo Grande Police Department's "Santa Cop" program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city of Arroyo
Grande does declare as surplus the property listed on the
attached Exhibit "A;" and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bicycles declared as surplu~
be donated to the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Department for
rehabilitation and distribution through the Arroyo Grande Pol10e
Department "Santa Cop" program.

ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 23rd day of
