RESOLUTION NO. 3064
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
DECLARING SURPLUS PROPERTY
TO BE OFFERED FOR SALE
WHEREAS, the Fire Department of the City of Arroyo Grande
has certain property consisting of one mini-pumper truck that is
being replaced and will be out of service: and
WHEREAS, the vehicle will be available to be disposed of in .__u
a sale to the highest bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city of Arroyo
Grande does declare as surplus and authorize the Director of
Building and Fire to solicit bids for the sale of the following
vehicle:
1974 International/Van Pelt Mini-Pumper
vehicle Identification No. 402AODHB55872
On motion of Council Member Brandy , seconded by
Council Member Fuller , and on the following roll
call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Brandy, Fuller, Souza and Mayor Dougall
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council MeniJer Lady
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10th day of
January, 1995.
