A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO.
. EXECUTE COOP ERA TIVE AGREEMENT #05-CA-0099 FOR
THE OPTICOM DEVICES CAP IT AL IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City and the State pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 130,
are authorized to enter into a Cooperative Agreement for improvements to and
maintenance of State highways within the City; and
WHEREAS, Cooperative Agreement #05-CA-0099 specifies the terms and conditions
under which the project is to be constructed, maintained, and financed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
does hereby:
1. approve "District Cooperative Agreement #05-CA-0099, 05-SLO-227 -0.45,
05-351-937181, Signal Preemption" attached hereto as Exhibit "An and
incorporated herein.
2. appoint the Mayor as the official representative authorized to sign
Cooperative Agreement #05-CA-0099.

On motion of Council Member Runels, seconded by Council Member Dickens, and by the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Runels, Dickens, Tolley, Ferrara, and Mayor Lady
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of April 1999.
