RESOLUTION NO. 3056
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE REVISING
RESOLUTION NO. 2949 BY AMENDING THE CONFLICT OF
INTEREST CODE APPENDIX OF DESIGNATED POSITIONS
WHEREAS, the Political Reform Act of 1974 requires the city
of Arroyo Grande to adopt a Conflict of Interest Code covering
certain designated positions within the city; and
WHEREAS, staff and commission members in those positions I
must disclose their financial interests and refrain from voting I

on or making decisions on issues that affect their interests; and
WHEREAS, because of a Fair Political Practices commission
decision and city staff position restructuring, it is necessary
to revise the Conflict of Interest Code Appendix of Designated
positions. \1
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council of the
city of Arroyo Grande does hereby revise the Conflict of Interest
Code Appendix of Designated positions by adding the positions of
Finance Director and Public Works Supervisors; deleting the
position of Public Works superintendent; and changing Building
Inspector to Building and Fire Safety Inspector, and Fire Chief
to Director of Building and Fire.
On motion of council Member Burke , seconded
by Council Member Souza , and on the following roll call
vote, to wit: ~

ABSENT: None ."
