RESOLUTION NO. 3052
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF
DEDICATION FOR FEE SIMPLE PROPERTY
WHEREAS, pursuant to the conditions of approval for Arroyo Grande Tract 1994, recorded
on May 3, 1994, in Book 17 at Page 24 of Maps of San Luis Obispo County Recorder's
Office Lot 77 of said Tract ("Tract 1994"), was offered for dedication in fee simple to the
City of Arroyo Grande ("City"); and
WHEREAS, said offer of dedication to the City was rejected without prejudice by the City
Council in their final approval of Tract 1994 on April 26, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the developer of Tract 1994 and City also entered into an agreement dated
April 26, 1994 (the "agreement") which called for certain improvements to be made to a
portion of said Lot 77; and
WHEREAS, those improvements have now been completed pursuant to the terms of the
agreement and City now wishes to accept the offer of dedication of Lot 77 of Tract 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO. GRANDE
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The offer of dedication in fee simple as shown on Arroyo Grande Tract 1994, recorded on
May 3, 1994, in Book 17, at Page 24 of Maps, is hereby accepted by the City of Arroyo
Grande.
On motion of Council Member Burke , seconded by Council Member
Lady , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Burke, Lady~ Brandy, Souza and Mayor Gallagher
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
